Hours of Operation:
Normal hours of operation for the clinic are as follows:
Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 7:00 am to 12:00 noon
Sunday closed
We offer 24 hour emergency service. If you need us after normal
regular hours, simply dial 979-968-3535. The call will automatically be forwarded to the cell phone of the doctor on call. If the doctor happens to be busy with another patient at the time of your call, simply leave your name and phone number on the voice mail system and he will call you back as soon as possible. |

Appointments:
We work by appointment when possible. Walk-ins are welcome but
scheduled appointments will be given preference. Of course, true emergencies will have top priority. We offer 24 hour emergency service. If you have an emergency after hours, call 979-968-3535 and your call will be automatically forwarded to the cell phone of the Doctor on call. If he happens to be busy with another patient at the time of your call, simply leave your name and phone number on the voice mail system and he will return your call as soon as possible. |

Forms of Payment:
Payment for drugs and services is due at time of transaction unless a
prior satisfactory charge history exists. At this time we are not opening any new charge accounts. As payment we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and CareCredit.
On charge accounts, statements are run on the 25th of each month and
mailed on the next business day. All accounts are due in full within 30 days of statement date. If not paid in full within 30 days, a 1-1/2% finance charge is added. If not paid within 60 days, no further charges will be allowed until account is brought current. |
